This position is for professional drivers with current work experience in the moving industry or a related field. The right candidate will be able to lift objects weighing more than 75 pounds and have the stamina to work for several consecutive hours at a time. The ideal candidate should also be able to follow directions, learn quickly, and understand how to use the proper tools and equipment to complete jobs safely and efficiently. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position, with a path to a crew leader role and pay raises.

• STARTING PAY: $18 to $25 per hour, plus tips and bonuses
• Top performers average $800 per month in tips during the peak season!

• Previous moving experience is appreciated
• Other physical labor experience may be considered applicable
• Must be reliable and hardworking.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

• Assist in the loading and unloading of furniture and other items onto trucks and trailers, or within the same building, sometimes going up and down stairs or elevators during the process
• Furniture assembly and disassembly (experience preferred but not necessary)
• Conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner
• Gives ample notice of time off requests
• In the event of a sick day or other emergency, you’ll need to contact coworkers to fill in for scheduled jobs
• Good communication skills

• 4+ years of experience related to inside sales
• Proven track record of quota and goal achievement
