How to move a commercial freezer?

1. Make sure you have assistance ready.
2. Gather your supplies:
a. Blankets for floor and wall protection.
b. Plywood for extra protection and support
c. Bungies or other security cords
3. Secure the freezer on your hand truck.
4. Setup your plywood and protective blankets.
5. Roll the freezer across the plywood.
How to move NordicTrack treadmill by yourself?
Commercial service moving tips
We suggest using protective gloves.
1. Make sure you have at least 2 people for this move. Don't forget to stretch.
2. Make sure your grip is secure on the bottom edge of the back end of the frame.
3. Bend with your knees, lift up and fold the bottom end to the top.
4. Locate and secure the safety pin to lock the treadmill in place.
5. Before you move the treadmill, clear a path and make sure there are no obstacles in your way.
6. Lift from the back first, the back is the heaviest part of the treadmill.
7. Flipping the treadmill sideways can possibly make it easier to move.
